Julian guided us step by step and was always patient and supportive. The exercises and cupping sessions made it easy to understand how to identify flavors and defects in coffee, as well as improve sensitivity. A warm and welcoming environment with great people. In short: very enjoyable and helpful for building tasting confidence. Highly recommend!
